About delivery options

Our goods are delivered by post / courier (and other alternative delivery methods of your choice).

Upon receipt of your order, we will process it immediately. You will receive the ordered goods within 2-5 working days. On average, you will receive the goods within 3 working days from the date of acceptance and payment of the order. You agree that, exceptionally, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Evii.lt, in case of important circumstances, unable to deliver the ordered product to you, undertakes to offer a similar product. If you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, return the money paid to you within 5 working days.

Evii.lt is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of the goods ordered by you, if it was due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond evii.lt's control and to prevent the occurrence of these circumstances or their consequences.

Evii.lt is in all cases released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to you or are not delivered on time due to your fault or circumstances depending on you. If the courier has not been able to deliver the goods to you due to your fault or circumstances depending on you, it will additionally adjust the new delivery time suitable for you. Re-delivery is charged a second time and no more than twice. Otherwise, if you do not accept the goods twice, the goods are returned to "evii.lt", and the money for the goods is not returned.

Evii.lt authorized representative is not responsible and does not check whether the goods are picked up by the person mentioned in the order. It is your responsibility. You agree that upon delivery of the goods to the address specified in your order and signing of the goods receipt by the person who received the goods, it is considered that the goods have been handed over to you.

During the delivery of the goods, you, together with the person who delivered the goods, must check the condition of the consignment, whether the packaging of the consignment is not wet, torn or otherwise externally damaged. If you notice a violation of the consignment, you must indicate the observed defects in the consignment delivery note received by the Courier. By signing the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered undamaged and you do not have the right to make any claims regarding damage to the goods, and evii.lt is released from any liability arising therefrom.

Evii.lt undertakes to take all actions to eliminate the existing deficiencies, if such deficiencies have occurred due to the fault of us or third parties acting on our behalf.
